Once we verify your claim, we’ll ship your replacement product promptly.

• No shipping charges for replacements due to damage or incorrect items, and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
• For other reasons, a reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will apply.

Refund Policy

If you’d prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we offer:

• Refunds for prepaid orders.
• Store credit for COD orders, redeemable on future purchases.
