Replacement Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’ve received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it for you at no extra cost.
Eligibility:
- You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with no missing or damaged parts.
- Products that are used, scratched, or damaged cannot be accepted for replacement.
- Items purchased during sales or special offers are not eligible for replacement.
Processing:
Once we verify your claim, we’ll ship your replacement product promptly.
- No shipping charges for replacements due to damage or incorrect items, and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
- For other reasons, a reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will apply.
Refund Policy
If you’d prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we offer:
- Refunds for prepaid orders.
- Store credit for COD orders, redeemable on future purchases.
Eligibility:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Products that are used, scratched, or damaged cannot be accepted for refunds.
- Items purchased during sales or special offers are not eligible for refunds.
- Self-placed orders for the wrong model are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Details:
- Approved refunds will be processed as store credit (COD) or bank transfers (prepaid) for the full purchase value (excluding shipping and reverse pickup fees, if applicable).
- Reverse pickup charges of ₹100 will apply.
